This hotel was amazing! Truly we felt welcomed and safe. From the moment we arrived the door man grabbed our bags from the Uber and took them up to our room. Some of our favs: Modern design Comfortable bed and pillows Large refrigerator, stove top, sink Large closet with safe Get ready area with large mirror Super fast speed internet Cold AC!! Great shower with best shower head Restaurant with breakfast included Bar ;) Business center No pool sadly but everything else made up for it. We definitely will be back!!! Beautiful accomodations. Staff was very friendly, room was perfect, complimentary breakfast was delicious, great secure location. Ricardo, the evening concierge was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. Very pet friendly. Highly recommend!

This was probably the best hotel experience we have ever had either in Mexico or the States due to quality and exceptional customer service! What attracted us to it in the first place is that they are pet-friendly and didn't have any size or breed restrictions for dogs. The receptionist (Yanin) was over-the-top friendly and helpful. The pet fee was 400 pesos (about $20 USD), which was reasonable. We chose the price option which included a small but very fresh breakfast buffet where the chef made omelets. The hotel itself is very well appointed for a middle-priced hotel. Looks brand new. The rooms are modern and huge and include a kitchen area with small dining table, cooktop surface, sink, microwave, and large fridge, many cupboards. It was beautifully decorated and immaculate! Loved the hard wood floors! Mattress was very comfortable, showerhead exceptional, large bathroom with lots of closet space and a safe. All staff were amazing! The female bartender/waitress that we had at their restaurant the first evening was very friendly. I think her name was Irin. And the breakfast staff the next morning were excellent as well. We have never experienced such a polite staff. All hotels should learn from them because they would have a lot more repeat business. The location was very convenient, on the East side of Hwy 57 going through the city of San Luis Potosi. We will definitely be staying each year as we are snowbirds from Minnesota who drive to Southern Mexico for the winter with our Rottweiler.

Pros: Clean and spacious rooms. Modern amenities. Plenty of parking. Cons: Hidden fees with the laundry service. Surrounding area is not safe. Uber driver said he does not pick up at night in that area.

Definitely the best hotel in San Luis, amazing installations, beautiful rooms and admirable service, i really enjoy my time there.

Good, nice, and quiet hotel in San Luis Potosí. It would be awesome if the AC could be changed.

Loved it! First time there . I didn't try their free breakfast because my flight was super early. But I think it's delicious I'll try it next time .
